Al Eisele is editor-at-large of The Hill, a newspaper covering Congress. He was a longtime Washington reporter for the St. Paul Pioneer Press-Dispatch and Knight-Ridder newspapers, and former press secretary to Vice President Walter Mondale, and author of Almost to the Presidency: A Biography of Two American Politicians.
Bill Frenzel is a scholar at Brookings Institution. He was a member of U.S. House of Representatives (R-Minn) 1971-1991. He is also co-chair at Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget, and chairman for President's Advisory Commission on Trade Policy and Negotiations.
