Governor Pawlenty has appointed an appeals court judge, who earlier served as his personal attorney, to the Minnesota Supreme Court. Pawlenty named Chris Dietzen to replace Justice Sam Hanson, who is leaving his post at the end of the year to go back into private practice. Minnesota Public Radio's Tom Scheck reports...
