St. Paul's Penumbra Theater company has a new plan for a future home.

Penumbra was pursuing its dream of a 29-million-dollar African American Performing Arts Complex on Selby Avenue. But now the theater is scaling back to an 11-million-dollar project; this time, at University and Dale in St. Paul.
