Hubert H Humphrey speaks at DFL feminist caucus, saying law calling for equal pay for equal work isn't enforced. He talks about how much women earn compared to men.

Humphrey states we must make laws work in the marketplace and that there's no adequate system of daycare. He hopes feminist caucus will just raise Cain until we get the daycare and child development centers we need in this country.
