WALTER MONDALE: Through their diligence, industry, and civic spirit, your people have set standards that I hope will be widely imitated across our country. I applaud the achievements that have earned them this national distinction, and I wish them sustained success in the years ahead-- Richard M. Nixon, President of the United States.
