SPEAKER 1: I wasn't sure whether the actual signing was to go on simultaneous with the meeting or whether it would be a signed agreement that we would immediately move to the preliminary meeting and enter the discussions on how to implement the dispossession of arms later on.

SPEAKER 2: We found it again.

SPEAKER 1: --we contemplate a signed agreement across everyone there. And then the next immediate step is the preliminary meeting with the White House and then the discussions between Colbren and your people on how we're going to resolve the arms situation. SPEAKER 2: That was cleared up yesterday.

SPEAKER 3: What about 0.2--

SPEAKER 4: Yeah. How are we going to handle 0.2 now?
