MPR’s Bob Kelleher reports on the Duluth’s Tall Ships Festival, where massive crowds of boat watchers are expected. Nine sailing ships will be on display in the harbor for the four-day event.

The first Duluth Maritime Festival in 2008, was a huge success, drawing more than 100,000 visitors…with just three ships.
