Penumbra Theatre in St. Paul is celebrating the end of the year on a financial high note. The thirty-two year old theater completed its first successful major funding campaign this year, which raised over three million dollars. In addition this is the fifth year the theater has ended with balanced books. Board Chair Phyllis Goff says the theater's financial stability is the result of a four year restructuring that involved heavy cuts to the organization.
