How do you keep track of Web sites, e-mails, files, and other electronic information? Researchers at the University of Washington have been studying the problem of information overload. The "Keeping Found Things Found" project is looking at how people find their way back to Web sites long after they've identified them. The ultimate goal of the project, which is funded by the National Science Foundation, is to develop better information organization tools.
