Many groups are disappointed with the governor's bonding proposal, including some arts organizations. Several groups, most notably the Guthrie Threatre, the Children's Threatre Company, and the Roy Wilkens Auditorium asked for millions of dollars for new or renovated buildings. None of them got any.
