The Minnesota native, Ann Bancroft, along with Norwegian explorer Liv Arneson will begin a kayak trip in mid-May that will take them from the North Shore of Lake Superior to the St. Lawrence Seaway. Bancroft and Arneson are in Antarctica right now, kayaking along the Antarctic peninsula to celebrate the one-year anniversary of their successful expedition crossing the continent on skis. Bancroft says this next adventure has been on her mind since she was a child.
