President Bush dedicated the national Christmas tree to the victims of the September 11th terrorist attacks. The Colorado blue spruce is decorated with patriotic colors and symbols. Security officials allowed about 5000 people to watch today's tree lighting ceremony, but heightened security will keep the public from seeing holiday decorations located in the Blue Room.
