After watching air travel fall off dramatically since September 11th, airlines say passengers are beginning to return. Travel agents and airline officials agree the numbers are encouraging, but can't say yet whether the rebound will go far enough to rescue the industry from its doldrums. Minnesota Public Radio's Andrew Haeg reports.
