With five days left in the legislative session, House and Senate leaders are trying to reach agreement on major tax and spending issues. Senate DFL leaders tried to break the logjam over budget targets with an offer this afternoon. House Republicans rejected the proposal and made an offer of their own. Minnesota Public Radio's Laura McCallum joins us from the Capitol with an update.
