(Note: For Mon ATC) After a scare earlier this spring, it now looks like most Minnesota farmers will have the fertilizer they need as they head into planting season. But the spring weather has created new reasons to keep farmers and fertilizer dealers on their toes. Mainstreet Radio's Jeff Horwich reports.
