Leaders of the state's teachers union say too many of their newest members are feeling frustrated, unsupported, and are leaving their jobs prematurely. Teachers from throughout the state gathered in St. Paul today for the annual Education Minnesota conference. Many of this year's professional development workshops were aimed at helping new teachers succeed in the classroom. Minnesota Public Radio's Tim Pugmire reports.
