As residents living near swollen rivers brace for what COULD be the worst flooding of the century, emergency service providers are moving into action quickly. Minnesota Public Radio's Karen-Louise Boothe attended a press briefing at the state capitol and reports on the activities of the National Guard and Red Cross: Governor Carlson has activated the Minnesota National Guard to help evacuate people if they have to.
