Midmorning’s Cathy Wurzer talks with Karen Nelson Hoyle, historian and expert in children's literature at University of Minnesota, about the life and works of Minnesota children’s writer and artist Wanda Gág.

Hoyle is the curator of Kerlan Collection at University of Minnesota.

Gág was born in New Ulm, Minnesota. She is best known for writing and illustrating the children's book Millions of Cats. Gág was also a noted print-maker.
