Money, budget cuts for housing, employment, agriculture, federal aid and jobs abolishes every effort to strengthen rural America. Mondale states that Nixon claims that he's investing in these areas, but Mondale thinks that Nixon is putting funds towards social security, which falls into a different bracket than the federal aid bracket.
