October 3, 2006 - MPR’s William Wilcoxen reports from the much maligned Metrodome, where the Minnesota Twins prepare for Game 1 of American League Division Series against the Oakland A’s. It is not a situation many had expected, as the Twins won the AL Central pennant on the last day of regular season.
April 12, 2006 - MPR’s Brandt Williams reports on the Minnesota Twins 2006 home opener, in which the team came back from being down four runs to end game beating Oakland A’s 7-6. A sell out crowd of nearly 49,000 fans attended the opener, which doubled as yet another tribute to former Twin Kirby Puckett who died the month prior. The Twins have dedicated the season to Puckett and is hoping the inspiration can help carry the team to a championship.
June 24, 2005 - The Minnesota Twins broke a four game losing streak by defeating the Detroit Tigers 6-2 at the Metrodome. Pitcher Carlos Silva threw a complete game and didn't walk any Tiger batters. The Twins got ahead of the Tigers early with a four-run rally in the first inning, and unlike the last few games, they didn't let the Tigers come back.

A magical season came to a crashing halt for the Twins as they gave up a playoff-record 10 runs in one inning to the Anaheim Angels, whose 13-5 victory brought baseball's American League pennant to southern California for the first time.
October 8, 2002 - Only one team stands between the Minnesota Twins and a spot in baseball's World Series. At the Metrodome, the Twins will take on the Anaheim Angels in the opening game of the American League Championship Series. The winner of the best of seven series will face either the Saint Louis Cardinals or (Braves/Giants) in baseball's Fall Classic.
