"15 Million Refugees Worldwide: How Will We Respond?" American Refugee Committee President Don Conley and Senator Rudy Boschwitz is in attendance. Jewel mentions her main reason to accept an invitation to speak was that on the first day she met Boschwitz, he said "you had these Hmong refugees in Minnesota and that I must come out to this state and meet with the refugee community". She follows with a Q&A - first questions asked are by Monsignor J. Jerome Boxleitner of Catholic Charities and Dr. Patricia Walker of International Rescue Committee Womens Commission for Refugee Women and Children.
