Sharon Sayles Belton, mayor of Minneapolis, introduces Alexander. Minnesota Meeting is a non-profit corporation which hosts a wide range of public speakers. It is managed by the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.
