Later, Minnesota Public Radio's Catherine Winter will be talking with Hennepin County Judge Phillip Bush and with Nancy Beale, the violence prevention planner for the state through the Department of Public Safety. First, MPR reporter Dan Olson gathered some background information about sexual violence and the reporting of rape to police.
