May 13, 1993 - Evelina Giobbe of WHISPER (Women Hurt in Systems of Prostitution Engaged in Revolt) join with Coalition for Police Accountability. Rape charges were dropped against Minneapolis Police Officer John Moorman on January 22, 1993. Minneapolis Police Officer Kent Warnberg was convicted in Wisconsin for fourth-degree sexual assault for fondling a female National Guard private in 1993.
