April 14, 1993 - Corporal Gary Blair was an officer killed on the streets of Oak Cliff in Dallas, Texas in a double shooting by Charles Tillis, Jr. Rodney Clark had written a three-page narrative recalling in minute detail the abusive manner in which Gary Blair dealt with the public. Mentions Rodney King and code of silence.
