Radio Talking Book

Radio Talking Book was a service for the blind and physically handicapped. It was the first radio reading service for the blind.

The Minnesota State Services for the Blind Radio Talking Book Network was started in 1969 as a joint undertaking of St. John's University, Collegeville, Minnesota, the Hamm Foundation, and state agency. MER/MPR broadcast it on an FM subchannel.
