February 14, 1992 - Spike Moss, Ian Bethel, Tim McGuire, Mark Brunswick Theodore Bobo was killed by Minneapolis Police in a high-profile incident February 9, 1992 while he held a knife to the throat of his ex-girlfriend Nikki Howard. He was hugging her when five police officers broke into the house and shot Theodore 8 to 9 times. All five officers were involved in the shooting. His ex-girlfriend and other witnesses stated that it was unnecessary to shoot Theodore. He was 24 years old.
