August 18, 1986 - Ron Edwards, David Niebur, Diana Murphy, Minneapolis Police Decoy Unit, Sal Saran Scott, David Rivera, Steven Frederickson Scott, 22, was shot in the face at point blank range after being arrested by a Minneapolis police officer who was a member of the controversial decoy unit. The shooting was considered accidental and was the second such "accident" by the same officer.
