The procedure involves cutting the vas deference, which prevents the sperm from leaving the body. The sperm is then absorbed into the male's body.
February 7, 1973 - Fear and prejudice in Northern Ireland have had a vicious effect on society. In Belfast, one is afraid to go into a neighborhood or pub that is not of that person's religion. People have developed a siege mentality and are constantly on their guard. In one study, children Catholic and Protestant would analyzed. Both groups of children showed signs of being obsessed with death and destruction. Also, their ability to develop a sense of right and wrong were impaired.

February 8, 1973 - Pharmacists claim that allowing drug companies to advertise would undermine the work of the pharmacist and would open the door to drug abuse. An amendment would exempt controlled substance drugs from advertising.
February 8, 1973 - Amendment debated to create co-ed prisons in Stillwater and St. Cloud. However, the male and female prisoners would not co-mingle. The facilities would be equal and somewhat integrated. Separate but equal is the proposal. The discussion shifts to creating athletic programs in schools for women.
