Accounting for the rainfall expected tonight (Tues), flood projections call for the Mississippi River in Saint Paul to crest seven feet above flood stage this weekend. Twin Cities flooding will primarily affect the eastern part of the metro area, downstream from the confluence of the Mississippi and Minnesota rivers.
