The Republican National Convention is into its second day in Philadelphia. Minnesota delegates will get to cast their ballots tonight for a presidential nominee. The presumed nominee, George W. Bush, isn't in Philadelphia yet, but Minnesota Public Radio's Michael Khoo is has an update.
