With the death of Dr. Philip Benson, a conversation on doctor obligations to disclose if they have an AIDS diagnosis.

Dr. Benson was a physician who continued to practice medicine for almost a year after learning he had AIDS. In June 1991, Benson sent letters to 328 of his patients informing them of his condition and urging them to get tested. He also stopped practicing medicine at that time.
