Howard Sinker, digital sports editor for Star-Tribune.com, gives an appraisal of the potential picks for the Minnesota Twins in the Major League Baseball Draft. This will be the highest that the Twins have picked since 2001 when they had the first overall pick and chose Cretin High School's Joe Mauer.
