St Paul police were forced to lock down the city's RiverCentre facility last night for about 45 minutes. Officials say several fights broke out during a Hmong New Year celebration. Several hundred people were at the event when the fighting started. Two teenagers were stabbed and are recovering from injuries. Police spokesman Andy Skoogman isn't sure what caused the fights.
