A review panel says the actions of about a dozen members of the Metro Gang Strike Force were outrageous, appalling and criminal. The panel released its report on the now-defunct strike force today. Panel co-chair Andy Luger described a number of troubling scenarios in which strike-force members took home seized property and money for their personal use.
