Trafficking Bill

LISTEN:Trafficking Bill
00:00--:--

The legislation would include sex trafficking on a list of crimes of violence and would increase penalties when a victim is injured, or for other specific circumstances. DFL Senator Sandy Pappas of St. Paul says changes are also needed to prevent confusion between state and federal laws.
