More than 200 people rallied outside the state Capitol in Saint Paul today to highlight what they call a humanitarian crisis involving the Hmong population in Thailand and Laos. Recent news reports say Thai officials are sending some Hmong refugees back to Laos. And many Hmong fear persecution in Laos. Chue Pheng Lee helped organize today's rally. He says wants the U.S. State Department to make this issue a priority.
