Today, the Minneapolis City Council approved a 4.5 million dollar settlement of a lawsuit involving a police officer who was seriously wounded by a fellow cop. In 2003, officer Duy Ngo was working undercover when he was shot multiple times by officer Charles Storlie. City officials say the shooting has drastically changed the lives of both men and hope the settlement will bring closure to the incident.
