The city of Minneapolis has agreed to a 4.5 million dollar settlement for a police officer who was shot by another officer. It's the largest city payout over a lawsuit involving allegations of police misconduct. Duy Ngo. In 2003, officer Duy Ngo was shot several times by fellow officer Charles Storlie while Ngo was working undercover. Ngo's attorney Bob Bennett says he and his client are pleased with the settlement. But he says Ngo will likely never serve as a patrol officer again.
