A delegation representing the mayor of St. Paul has returned from Thailand after a series of meetings dealing with the desecration of Hmong graves. The group met with the U.S. Ambassador to Thailand and two foundations that dug up hundreds of graves. DFL State Senator Mee Moua of St. Paul, who is Hmong, led the delegation. She says the groups assured her there was no malicious intent in the exhumation of the remains.
