A second group has announced plans to travel to Thailand to deal with the desecration of Hmong graves there. The St. Paul-based Hmong Grave Desecration National Delegation is sending 14 people to Thailand, including six from Minnesota. In 2005, hundreds of of graves were unearthed near a Buddhist Temple where Hmong refugees once lived. The National Delegation plans to meet with Thai officials to determine what to do with some of those remains. Michael Yang is with the delegation. He says the goals of the trip are simple.
