Family members and friends of three Twin Cities men missing in Laos rallied at the Capitol today today. Conghineng Yang, Hakit Yang and Trillion Yunhaison were traveling in the area sightseeing, visiting relatives, and looking for possible business opportunities. Sheng Xiong, the wife of Hakit Yang spoke to a crowd of Hmong and Hmong-Americans.
