MPR’s Bob Kelleher reports that a Wisconsin jury has convicted 36-year old Chai Vang of St. Paul on all counts in the shooting deaths of six Wisconsin deer hunters, and wounding of two others.
Vang shot the hunters last November, after they confronted him with threats and racial slurs for trespassing on private property. Vang is Hmong. While his attorney says the verdicts were not unexpected, Vang's family thinks an injustice has occurred.
