About 40 Hmong business and community leaders in St. Paul today condeMinnesotaed the actions of a suspected killer and offer their condolences to the victims. They were talking about Chai Vang, the man jailed in Wisconsin. Law enforcement authorities suspect Vang is the man who killed six deer hunters and wounded two others this past weekend. At a press conference in St Paul several speakers distanced themselves from Vang. Cha Vang is the son of Hmong leader General Vang Pao. He began his remarks by saying he was in no way related to the suspect.
