Morning Edition’s Cathy Wurzer talks with MayKao Hung about her recent visit to a Hmong refugee camp in Thailand. Hung oversees adult services for Ramsey County and led the assessment team in Thailand.

The team assessed the conditions of the camp and the needs of the Hmong refugees who live there. Between 1000 to 3000 of those refugees are expected to arrive in Minnesota, and many will probably move to the St. Paul area.
