The suspect in the disappearance of a University of North Dakota student will face a kidnapping charge in Grand Forks. Alfonso Rodriguez waived extradition to North Dakota yesterday (Wednesday). Rodriguez is accused of abducting 22-year-old Dru Sjodin, who disappeared from a shopping mall parking lot almost two weeks ago. She still hasn't been found.
