A South Dakota state patrol accident report says Congressman Bill Janklow was traveling as much as 20 miles an hour over the speed limit when he ran a stop sign and collided with a motorcycle, killing the rider last weekend. Mainstreet Radio's Cara Hetland reports from Sioux Falls.
