Taste of Minnesota organizers say the new Harriet Island location across the Mississippi River from downtown St. Paul is working well for the festival. For the past 20 years A Taste of Minnesota was held on the Capitol mall. Promoters say Harriet Island offers significantly more room and will benefit downtown St. Paul by introducing more people to the city.
