Today marks the one-year anniversary of the flood that damaged most of Roseau (ROH'-zoh). The city recently received 14-million dollars in state funding to continue its recovery efforts. Jeff Pelowski is mayor of the northwestern Minnesota town. He says he vividly remembers what he was doing a year ago today.
