St. Paul Mayor Randy Kelly says he is close to raising enough money to keep the James J. Hill House open for another year. Kelly has been working to raise money for the historic mansion on Summit Avenue after the Legislature cut its funding to balance the state budget. Kelly says he's been working with the Historical Society to come up with a plan to keep the Hill House open.
